Competency Development & Human Resources Division (CDHR) is responsible for overseeing talent management, employee well-being, and human resource development within the Energy Department. Its key functions include establishing technical competencies for the Department as well as identifying and implementing training programs tailored to the specific needs of its officers and staff.
