Special Authorisation Work Pass (SAWP)
Oil and Gas Companies who wish to hire foreign workers involving service of contract and technical work in the Oil and Gas Sector for a short-term employment (maximum 12 months) are required to apply for Special Authorisation Work Pass (SAWP). This includes Training. Short-term project, call-off basis and urgent works.
Medium Term: Maximum 12 months
HOW TO APPLY
- Step 1:
Submit SAWP application letter to the Department of Energy via email at sawp.application@energy.gov.bn
- Step 2:
The Department of Energy issue SAWP support letter and email notification
- Step 3:
Submit SAWP application letter and support letter from the Department of Energy to the Department of Labour and the Department of Immigration and National Registration
