Energy Legal and Compliance Division assume the responsibility to advice the Department on all legal matters including energy specific agreements, project agreements, corporate and administrative agreements and energy and industry related legislation. This includes drafting and reviewing all relevant legal agreements and documentation of the Department of Energy.
