Yang Mulia Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd Hanifah, Deputy Minister (Energy) at the Prime Minister’s Office, yesterday received a Courtesy Call from His Excellency Xiao Jianguo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Brunei Darussalam.

During the Courtesy Call, both sides exchange views on the existing cooperation, bilateral relations and potential collaboration in the energy sector between Brunei Darussalam and the People’s Republic of China.

Brunei Darussalam and the People’s Republic of China enjoys a warm and close bilateral relationship in which energy is one of the key pillars of strategic cooperation.
