Tender For Solar Consultancy Services

​The Department of Energy at the Prime Minister’s Office invites qualified and experienced consultancy firms (local or international) to submit proposals for the provision of Solar Consultancy Services in support of national renewable energy initiatives.
 
This tender forms part of Brunei Darussalam’s ongoing efforts to advance the national energy transition.

Energy Efficiency (Standard and Labelling) Order, 2021

Energy Efficiency (Standards and Labelling) Order 2021 (SLO) was introduced by the Department of Energy at the Prime Minister's Office as part of its Energy Efficiency and Conservation initiatives. This standard would require manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers, and retailers in Brunei Darussalam to import and sell electrical appliances that meet consumers’ Minimum Energy Performance Standards.

Rooftop Solar PV Guidebook

Guidebook for Solar PV Rooftop and Net-metering Programme serves as a reference or guidance for the public who wish to explore the opportunities in producing their own Renewable Energy on their own. The Guidebook entails general information on how to start planning for your solar PV system, how to enroll in the Net-metering Programme, estimated cost of Solar PV system, etc. The Guidebook is a live document, and will be constantly updated and revised by the Ministry based on the latest information and requests from the Public (if any). Energy Saving Tips for Computer

The "hibernate mode" turns the computer off in a way that doesn't require you to reload everything when you switch it back on. Allowing your computer to hibernate saves energy and is more time-efficient than shutting down and restarting your computer from scratch. When you're done for the day, shut down.
