Main Deliverables

| Site Inspection & Assessment |
Conduct site survey, structural and electrical assessment, and determine feasible PV capacity. |
| Engineering & Design |
Prepare detailed system design, drawings and authority compliance documentation. |
| Supply & Installation |
Supply and install PV modules, inverters, mounting systems, cabling and protection equipment. |
| Testing & Commissioning |
Perform testing, grid synchronisation and obtain approval for energization. |
| Operation & Maintenance |
Provide maintenance services and performance monitoring during contract period. |
| Documentation & Training |
Submit as-built documents, warranties and provide operational training. |

KELAYAKAN
ELIGIBILITY
|
This Invitation to Tender is open to local and international tenderers that meet the following requirements:
-
- Proven track record of at least two (2) years in the design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems of comparable size and complexity. Projects must have been successfully delivered on time and within budget, either regionally or internationally.
- International Tenderers shall form a Joint Venture (JV) with a Brunei-registered local company with a minimum 50% local equity ownership and Active Ownership and participation throughout the project duration.
- Civil & Structural works shall be undertaken by a Brunei-registered contractor under Ministry of Development category B01, Class III and above.
- Electrical works shall be undertaken by a Brunei-registered contractor under MOD categories E01/E02/E03/E05/E06, Class III and above.
- Must be familiar with and demonstrate practical experience in IEC, ISO, IET, and relevant international solar PV standards, as well as ASEAN standards and all applicable regulations in Brunei Darussalam, including Department of Electrical Services requirements and the national Grid Code.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English, including technical documentation, reporting, and project communications.
